Overview
This is a 2-hour interactive online workshop that will provide an opportunity for GPs and GP registrars to upskill in the examination, diagnosis and management of hair loss in general practice and an introduction to
Trichoscopy.
Hair loss is a common presentation to Australian GPs and GP registrars. It is often the first sign of serious systemic disease and may carry a heavy psychological burden with it. This workshop will ensure that practitioners are well-placed to diagnose hair loss early and initiate timely treatment, improving long-term outcomes for patients.
This workshop is developed and delivered by specialist dermatologists Dr Jack Green and Dr Jane Li and facilitated by Dr Laxmi Iyengar.
