Overview

After multiple successful roadshow events across three states, the Skin Health Institute is proud to once again partner with Bristol Myers Squibb and the Australasian Dermatology Registry to bring you an exclusive roadshow event in Adelaide.

The agenda for the evening will see A/Prof Peter Foley delve into the fascinating world of advanced targeted therapies and how they align with the cutting-edge psoriasis treatment goals of 2023.

Following that, A/Prof Gillian Marshman will share her involvement with the Australasian Dermatology Registry, with a particular focus on her role in the Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) Scientific Advisory Committee.

A/Prof Peter Foley will then return to the stage to discuss the benefits of the new Registry and the opportunity it offers to accumulate CPD category 3 points.

A/Prof Gillian Marshman
MBBS FACD

A/Prof Gillian Marshman is a dermatologist in private practice based in Adelaide. She is a Senior Visiting Dermatologist in the dermatology unit of Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) and Flinders University College of Medicine. Additionally, she holds the position of Associate Professor at Flinders University College of Medicine and Public Health. With a profound dedication to dermatology, A/Prof Marshman’s interest lies in inflammatory skin diseases including psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa and atopic dermatitis. She has been a member of tertiary multi-disciplinary clinical teams in inflammatory rheumatological skin disease, HS, and biologic review clinics.

A/Prof Gillian Marshman is engaged in clinical-based research to enhance the understanding and treatment of dermatological conditions. She continues to contribute to the medical community by being an active member of the Medical Dermatology Group, Teaching and Learning Committee and International Outreach Committee.
