Adults aged 18 years or older who have a diagnosis of plaque psoriasis for 6 months or longer, may qualify for this clinical research trial and receive either an investigational oral medication (active study drug), placebo, or an approved comparator medication.

Eligible participants must have plaques covering 10% or more of their body surface area (BSA), with moderate to severe disease, deemed by the study doctor to be a candidate for phototherapy or systemic therapy.  Participants will have regular visits with an experienced research team.  There is no cost to participate, and participants will be reimbursed for study-related expenses.

Individuals will be asked to visit the study centre about 11 times over a period of about 32 weeks.
